Pre-service worship and prayer is vital preparation time for our Sunday evening service. We meet at around 5pm for 45 to 50 minutes. We worship, spend time building an alter, declare who He is and seek His manifest presence in our midst. We stand before God with the people on our hearts, listen to His voice and then we bless what He wants to do. We pray for people to come and encounter the Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit.

We also pray for the Speaker and for the Worship team. We seek to create an atmosphere where the King of Kings is King and His Kingdom rules and reigns so that we can all become immersed in His presence and our hearts be filled with more of His love.

Catch the Fire London also has an amazing team of trained and trusted people who minister out of the Father’s love during the ministry times. For your safety, they all wear badges so you can easily identify them. Sometimes during the worship time they may pray for you by laying a hand on your shoulder. They do this to bless and encourage you. But should you feel this is a distraction or you are uncomfortable with this, do please feel free to say so. With the exception of the Pastors, ministry team will always pray with members of the same sex.

At the conclusion of most meetings, the Speaker will call people forward for prayer. This is your time to receive whatever God has for you. Remember that God is good and only does good and this is a safe place. So we do encourage you to go forward for prayer at this time. If you have a specific prayer need, then please do not hesitate to ask one of the Ministry Team to pray with you.
